ICFT Master Firefighter Program
The ICFT Master Firefighter Certification program consists of three different levels which encompass the natural learning curve of the highly demanding and technical aspects of becoming a master firefighter.
Level 1 - Probationary
(13 Hours Classroom, 21 Hours hands on) = 34 Hours
This section introduces the firefighter to the principles and practices of the inner circle training program, reviews basic tactics and introduces alternative means of standard fire ground operations.
Level 2 - Firefighter
(6 hours lecture, 32 hours hands on) = 43 hours
This section builds upon the initial training and adds in advanced procedures for the experienced firefighter.
Level 3 - Master Firefighter
(25 hours classroom) (25 hours hands on) = 50 hours
This section incorporates chief and company officer level trainings to give the student the necessary tools and education to make a positive impact on the fire service.
