ICFT Training Concept

Aggressive, Real World scenario based training that brings vital skills and knowledge from the fire ground to you! This is accomplished through our extensive network of industry veterans who deliver up to date concepts alongside battle proven methods in lecture, workshop and H.O.T. formats.

We can tailor our classes to your department and specific needs, from a one time class, to an ongoing training contract. Through our recently developed Mobile Training Unit concept, we will be able to deliver challenging and lifelike training without the hassle of securing equipment, props or training houses. This enables the Inner Circle to provide turnkey training to you!

Inner Circle Fire Training, Inc encourages Firefighter’s to take full responsibility to their families and co-workers, by going above and beyond the norm of Department Training.

ICFT offers several types of trainings

Lecture setting (Auditorium Style):

(30+ students), 2 hours, 1-3 speakers

Workshops - classroom & some hands on

(6-30 students), 2-4 hours, 1-2 instructors

H.O.T (Hands On Trainings):

(Groups of 3-7)

# of instructors determined by fire service span of control:

(1 Instructor/3-7 students) 4-24 hours

Inner Circle Fire Training, Inc provides Firefighter training through a large network of Instructors from all over the nation. We continue to build on skills to improve expertise and safety in all areas including RIC Training, Engine Ops, Truck Ops, Rescue, Extrication, Search & Rescue, IMS, Flash Over Simulator, and Live Burn Training. Training can be customized to fit your Department's SOG's, Policies, and Practices.
